About Kute Interiors
My name is Sarah Kute. I am a Christian, wife, proud mom of two beautiful girls, pediatric nurse and lover of all things home & decor! I’ve decided to turn my hobby into a small business and I’m so glad you’ve visited my page. I am committed to making your home a welcoming and inviting space that is universally loved.
Research shows that a well staged home sells faster than an empty or unstaged home. First impressions matter, potential buyers will see the pictures of your home online first before deciding to book a showing, and a well staged home speaks volumes through photos as well, which will attract those potential buyers to your home!
As a certified home stager my job is to show all the great aspects of your home, the knowledge that I have as a stager will show your home in it’s best light. I will be able to set up the home in a way that potential buyers will make an emotional connection to your home - which is what we want! I am not an interior designer, therefore I do not offer space planning in the sense of designing a space with a blueprint nor do I give recommendations for how to physically change the space as in - knocking down walls & such. However I do offer my advice on decor/arrangement of furniture/art, paint colors etc.
Electronic Space Planning

Color Consultation Only - $50
This service entails you sending me pictures
of the space you need help decorating or choosing paint/hardware/light Fixtures/furniture etc.
for, then I work on an 2D visual (with up to 2 revisions of the visual) for you to see
what items/paint etc. would look well in your space
